New Star Wars art features the likely heroes of The Mandalorian movie coming together with an impressive roster. Announced at Star Wars Celebration 2023, the exact release date for the upcoming movie from Dave Filoni is currently unknown. However, it's been confirmed that it will serve as the culmination of everything seen in Star Wars' New Republic shows thus far, and this new fan art shows how exciting that concept truly is.
Coming from artist @CaptainYoron on Twitter, a new art piece features several of the New Republic's heroes assembled together for the new Mandalorian movie. Entitled "United Front", it's quite exciting seeing Ahsoka Tano, Luke Skywalker, Din Djarin, Grogu, Boba Fett, Fennec Shand, and Bo-Katan Kryze all together as a full team ready to protect the galaxy from dark forces. As such, it's quite an impressive proof-of-concept for what could be seen in the actual movie once it releases:
This exciting new piece of fan art also highlights the idea that the Mandalorian will likely feature Jedi and Mandalorians united together in the Star Wars timeline (in more ways than one). For instance, while there are both Jedi and Mandalorians featured in this line-up, Grogu is notably a Jedi who became a Mandalorian. Although she's not featured, Sabine Wren will probably be involved in the upcoming movie as well, conversely a Mandalorian who became a Jedi.
