Star Wars has gradually revealed the identities of some of the students Luke Skywalker trained at his Jedi Academy on Ossus. Master Yoda never intended Luke Skywalker to be the last of the Jedi; rather, on his deathbed he charged Luke with passing on all that he had learned. Luke took this seriously, and spent some years searching the galaxy for lost fragments of Jedi knowledge. As seen in The Book of Boba Fett, Luke established a Jedi Temple on the planet Ossus just five years after Return of the Jedi.
Sadly, the story of Luke Skywalker's Jedi Order is a tragic one. Luke was unaware dark forces still lurked in the galaxy; he didn't realize Palpatine had survived his apparent death, and the Emperor feared the return of the Jedi. Still, Luke retains a strong legacy through his final student, who will go on to re-establish the Jedi Order ahead of another upcoming Star Wars movie. Here are all the confirmed Jedi Luke trained after the original trilogy.
8 Leia Organa Solo Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker revealed Leia was Luke's first student as a Jedi Master. Leia initially decided to open herself up to the Force shortly after the events of Return of the Jedi, and advanced enough as a Jedi to construct her own lightsaber. Warnings from the Force persuaded Leia to give up on her training, though, because she believed continuing would risk the life of her son Ben. This wasn't the end for Leia as a Jedi, though, because Leia received additional training from Obi-Wan Kenobi's Force ghost, and occasionally heard Yoda giving her sage advice as well. The Force ghosts clearly taught Leia how to preserve her consciousness after death, because she was seen manifesting as a Force ghost alongside Luke after her death in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
7 Grogu A member of Yoda's mysterious species, Grogu appears to have been Luke Skywalker's second Jedi apprentice. A Jedi youngling who survived Order 66 thanks to the intervention of Jedi Master Kelleran Beq, Grogu was kept safe through the Dark Times. The bounty hunter Din Djarin was hired to take Grogu to the Empire five years after Return of the Jedi, but relented, falling in love with the diminutive youngling. Din couldn't keep Grogu safe from the Empire, but fortunately Luke himself turned up to rescue Grogu. Yoda briefly joined Luke at his Jedi Temple on Ossus, but ultimately chose to leave the Jedi and return to Din Djarin.
