As the titular character of the show, Pedro Pascal's Din Djarin will obviously be returning for The Mandalorian season 4. The official father and mentor to Grogu, Din will be focused on the little one more than ever in season 4, taking Grogu on his apprentice journeys as the Armorer instructed in The Mandalorian season 3 finale. Mando will also be running bounty hunting jobs for Captain Carson Teva, taking down Imperials across the Outer Rim as an independent contractor. This season should see a return to the more episodic adventures of the first two seasons as opposed to the massive scope of season 3, chronicling Din's bounty hunting journey once again.
14 Grogu 
Mando once said "Wherever I go, he goes," and so Grogu is the second obvious character who will be appearing in The Mandalorian season 4. He's now a Mandalorian apprentice, which means that much of his story this season will be focused on him learning more about the Way and combining what he's learned as a Jedi with what Din can teach him as a Mandalorian. Grogu might even learn how to wield a weapon or two this season, but based on how Din felt about Grogu operating the IG-12 mech suit in The Mandalorian season 3, this idea might be somewhat far-fetched.
